Local delivery may be available in select communities, including Monahans, Grandfalls, Wickett, and Pyote, Texas. Delivery availability, delivery areas, fees, schedules, and minimum order requirements may vary and may change from time to time.

Where available, delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive an order when required.

Because many Hogg Ranch products are frozen or perishable food products, customers are responsible for promptly receiving and appropriately storing products after pickup or delivery.

Hogg Ranch Meat Company is not responsible for product quality or safety issues resulting from a customer's failure to promptly receive, refrigerate, or freeze products after pickup or delivery.

If an order is delivered through a third-party delivery provider, including DoorDash, additional terms and policies of that provider may apply.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - FOOD STORAGE AND HANDLING

Many products offered by Hogg Ranch Meat Company may be frozen or perishable.
